They're light weight but not poor quality. The zippers work nice and again are light weight but not of poor quality. Haven't tested their durability with water and I'm hoping I won't have to lol but they seem like they'd be repellent for a bit. She was able to pack 2 weeks worth of clothes, toiletries and other things and had one left over for me to use.
