No phone support is available and I never felt like a real person was connected to the slow customer service system. I bought one of these for a client. At first it looked great but it did not come with a useable trash bin. I looked at many options but there is nothing I could find to make it work. I contacted VEVOR and wrote many requests for help. They would not take it back and said I would have to accept a $55 refund and sell it myself. It is not a usable trash drawer and has no bottom or anyway to accommodate a trash bin. I would not recommend and it was an expensive lesson in why this company will never get my business again! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

The cabinet and drawer are well made, but no hanging baskets are included, and no recommendations on what might fit. Kinda useless without the inserts.
