It mixes protein very effectively with water or milk, leaving no clumps. I love the colour, and the material it's made of is good quality. My one gripe is that it's not 100% leak-proof - it needs to be tightly sealed, or it can leak occasionally. Worth being mindful of when you're on the go. Also, I've noticed that even if you forget to wash it straight away, the odour doesn't linger, which is a nice plus.
