I used the Naturium KP Body Scrub & Mask 2–3 times per week for 4 weeks. After the second week I noticed the bumps were less noticeable and by week four my skin texture was so much smoother.Why it works for me: the scrub has a nice balance of chemical and physical exfoliation — it buffs away roughness without stripping my skin. It’s gentle enough that I could use it a few times a week without redness or irritation. My moisturiser absorbed so much better afterwards and my arms looked more even.Practical notes: I apply it to damp skin in the shower, massage for 30–60 seconds, leave it on like a mask for 2–3 minutes, then rinse and follow with a urea or lactic acid moisturiser. A little goes a long way.Would I recommend? Yes — especially if you want better texture and a smoother look. If you have very reactive skin, patch-test first.
