Review: Oh!, What A Relief - Last year I purchased a Snailax Shiatsu Back Massager from desertcart and I must say it has worked wonders on my ailing back. It was a good investment; kneading action, heat and vibration mode. Just recently the kneading action stopped working. I got my paperwork out, along with proof of my warranty, contacted Snailax support team and after they had gathered a little information, well, I’ve got a new massager on the way. The support team at Snailax were very friendly, very professional and they went above and beyond to address the issue. Couldn’t have asked for better support. Outstanding and I give Snailax a FIVE star rating.
