I can also store my shaving items in the bowl itself, as the bowl is quite large. I store my Proraso after shave in there, along with my Osma alum block, and my DE razor. Everything fits neatly, nice and compact. The ridges along the bottom of the bowl help whip up a nice lather very quickly. The price is great, and if you drop it it's not going to shatter. It's not too heavy, and not too light; feels very solid in the hands.

My current favorite shave bowl, slightly pricey for being plastic. Being plastic it’s lighter than I would prefer. But the brush rest, finger loop combo is unique and I love it. It is large compared to some of my other bowls which makes working the lather easy. I’ve knocked it off the counter once and had no damage to it, seems solid and durable.
