The angle isn’t adjustable but you can always placed a folded towel under the thicker part of the wedge to raise it a bit.The back height is good if you have short or injured calf muscles as it allows you to squat without putting too much pressure on them. You can always stand with toes pointing to the thicker end of the wedge or do calf raises in this position to stretch and strengthen the calves. They not only help stretch your calves but will also help your hamstrings, knees and Achilles tendon.
