Review: Easy install and quality product. - So, I replaced my AO water softener (50k grain) water softener with the Aquasana 60k grain unit. Installation was very straightforward since all the plumbing was already in place. I have had it installed for a couple of weeks now and am very pleased with its performance. My well water after going through an Ispring whole house water filter and then through the softener provides me some very soft water. Showering and laundry has become a far better experience. My well water has heavy ferrous iron and it was terrible. I am using the Rescare continuous feeder to ensure the most longevity I can get out of the unit. What I particularly like is that in a few years I can simply just replace the resin which was not a possibility with my AO softener. The auto regen feature automatically will go off at 2am. I need it to regenerate at 4am, so I had to move the clock 2 hours ahead. Not a big deal, but I have to have the incorrect time on the unit for my regen purposes. Other than that very pleased with the unit and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality water softener. Review: TIME WILL TELL!!! - SO FAR, SO GOOD!!! EASY TO INSTALL, USED SHARK BITE FITTINGS AND HOSES, NO LEAKS AT ALL!!! 1ST REGEN WAS 6/14, NEXT ONE IS DUE IN A COUPLE DAYS!!! We have ridiculously hard water, so a softener must be used. The softer and bin takes about 1/3 less space than the old one. The programming was easy and is based on usage, not time. The quality of the water is great. It appears this softener is well-made, so should hold up for years to come. It's a great value for the money. I highly recommend. ## Frequently Bought Together - Aquasana SimplySoft® 60,000 Grain Water Softener - Whole House Hard Water Reduction - Base Tank & Cabinet System WH-SF60-BASE - Aquasana WS-STD Whole House Filter Standard Installation Kit Water Softener, Blue --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/663237599-simplysoft-whole-house-water-softener-60k-grain-wh-sf60-base](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/663237599-simplysoft-whole-house-water-softener-60k-grain-wh-sf60-base) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
