I've owned products from Numatic in the past for years on end and haven't had one single hoover from them fail. Build quality is really good and it feels very robust and solid, no creaky plastics. Button placement is a bit awkward as it's on the front of the hoover instead of being on the handle but otherwise it's not much of inconvenience. The accessories that come are well built and very useful. The perfumed capsules is just an extra bonus to me and they do help with the smell a little bit. I'm comparing this to a Dyson V15, i.e. a £700 hoover, and so far I'm very pleased.
