It tastes very nice with coconut milk (the real one). I have it 2, 3 times a day because I like the taste. However, I can't tell you yet that the probiotic in it really works because it's too early to notice any difference. The gut still have lots of mysteries. We still know very little about the microbioma. And each body reactd to things in a specific way. Your diet is so important to get the right bacterias in the gut. So, it's not only about having probiotics and think that a miracle will happen, it's also about your life, your life style, your choices for your life on daily basis.
