Whenever I wear them I always wake up feeling amazing. I sometimes wear them without socks and have never had them come off. Thr adhesion has never given me an issue. I have read other reviews saying that they leave your feet sticky etc...but that is in fact what it is supossed to do. It is drawing out the toxins when you sleep.
