Review: Good camera, excellent support — issue solved quickly - I purchased the Xega XG-08 4G camera set and overall they work very well: good image quality, stable connection, and they deliver what is promised. However, I had the bad luck that one of the cameras arrived with the focus out of adjustment. The positive side is that the customer support was excellent. As soon as I reported the problem, they replied quickly and with great kindness. They explained the situation, offered me an immediate replacement, and in just 6 days I had the new camera working perfectly. I especially want to highlight Kiki from the support team: she was super kind, clear in her instructions, and attentive until everything was resolved. It is rare nowadays to find such fast and dedicated support. In summary: the product is good, and although I had a specific issue, the experience ended up being very positive thanks to the quick and committed support. I definitely recommend this purchase.

I purchased the Xega XG-08 4G camera set and overall they work very well: good image quality, stable connection, and they deliver what is promised. However, I had the bad luck that one of the cameras arrived with the focus out of adjustment. The positive side is that the customer support was excellent. As soon as I reported the problem, they replied quickly and with great kindness. They explained the situation, offered me an immediate replacement, and in just 6 days I had the new camera working perfectly. I especially want to highlight Kiki from the support team: she was super kind, clear in her instructions, and attentive until everything was resolved. It is rare nowadays to find such fast and dedicated support. In summary: the product is good, and although I had a specific issue, the experience ended up being very positive thanks to the quick and committed support. I definitely recommend this purchase.
