Review: Highly Recommend - Compared to xylitol which is 100% as sweet as sugar with no taste or aftertaste. It is said that Allulose is 70% the sweetness of sugar. I'm not convinced of that claim, but it is truly tasteless and has no aftertaste. It is not digested but simply is passed through kidneys. No issues with dairy. Xylitol presented with mild but noticeable and uncomfortable bloated feeling after consuming cereal and milk. Supposedly an issue with lactose. Otherwise, I highly recommend xylitol also. Keep in mind that xylitol does not brown in baking, Allulose does. Recommend half sugar with xylitol, Allulose add 30% more to equal sweet factor.

It blended smoothly into the cream cheese, creating a rich, creamy texture without any graininess. Even my son, who is an extremely picky eater, loved it. That alone is a huge win in my book. I’ll definitely continue using Allulose in my baking and recipes going forward.

I order this Allulose regularly for my coffee and for baking. Allulose tastes and cooks like real sugar, except it's not as sweet, so you have to use more or add in another sweetener, like Stevia. It has zero calories and doesn't affect blood glucose. In fact, it might be helpful for diabetes and belly fat, according to some small studies. It's especially nice for baking or making sugar-free caramel as it caramelizes when heated.
