A: Yes but you would have to plug the return outlet. Make sure to use fuel friendly thread sealer. Or you can buy the Holley 12-803 regulator that comes without a return line and is a cheaper option than this. Cheers

A: 6 psi is the highest. I’ve got mine set at 2.7 psi as it’s used on an old Ford Flathead engine and Carb.
