A: I keep mine for months. If they do go soft, you can always pop them on a low heat in the oven to crisp them up again.

Of course, you can try this seaweed sheet without rice or any ingredient but itself. In South Korea, people just eat as a snack. Some people dip it to soy sauce and drink with beer :) Enjoy!
