Dealt with a cylinder 6 misfire for years intermittently. Of course I started throwing parts at it. Coil pack, spark plug, spark plugs wires, fuel injectors. Nothing worked. Finally noticed a color difference on cylinder 6 spark plug. Coolant leaking. Tried Blue Devil, worked for a day, clogged radiator. YES my coolant was clean because I know someone will say that. This stuff requires that you flush the coolant system until it runs clear water. Read the review from ArtS. That is a God send. My radiator drain wasn't working, so I had to disconnect my lower radiator hose each flush. Took 6 times to get the coolant flushed. Bottom line, put in the work and this stuff will work. I have been running for 1.5 months so far. Caution: check your engine oil first. If it looks like a milkshake, your head gasket is too far gone. Either replace the head gasket or get a new car. Also, be smarter than me. Make sure your heat is on when running the truck so you don't have to flush as much me.
