EXTREME POWER XRP of J.COSTA has been developed with a totally new concept of exploitation of pressures and depressions of the masses, the acceleration is even more soft compared to the already high standards of JCosta products, the operation temperature of the product It has been reduced thanks to the introduction of a controlled air dissipation system. The kit is sold always and exclusively with the combination to a special Kevlar belt always developed by J.COSTA,variator XRP are not able alone, while spare parts are always available! Maximizing the power, maximum speed, torque and acceleration, reduced gasoline consumption! There are no contraindications, but only great advantages !! The throttle response is instantaneous, both in the starting phase or during process of overtaking, with almost zero vibration. The materials used, guarantee J.COSTA vairaotr a much more long life of the original one, that reduce power with the passage of time and all the accessories that make up the J.COSTA kits can be easily purchased, while the original variator worn is necessarily replaced in full. The XRP will be paid almost alone with savings at the gasoline! consumption in the long term are also optimized! At a technical level, the drive is made of special aluminum ceramic treatment, made from fully CNC machines, guaranteed for long distances. The bell is made of AISI 304 stainless steel with inlaid bronze center bushing with graphite used as anti-friction and dry lubrication, the gliding rollers are made with special high-strength plastic material, the belt is made of kevlar
