I typically use them 1-3x per day, as needed, with my Infuse one-day contact lenses. While they temporarily blur your vision, they work rapidly, soothing your eye in a few minutes. When my eyes are particularly dry, I put about 5-6 drops in each eye--works like a charm. I've even used them without contact lenses when my eye was feeling irritated, such as when flying. They're safe after a couple of days after expiration too. As someone who has sensitive eyes, I highly recommend these!
