The hams are cured for 36 months in the famous town Guijuelo in Salamanca province where its unique flavour and marble texture is developed. Ingredients Acorn-fed Iberico Ham, salt preservatives (E-250, E-252) and antioxidant (E-316).

Review: Is it a better experience than supermarkets best? Probably not - I was surprised at how thick the slices, so quite chewy. Certainly not "melt in the mouth" A slightly different taste. Probably I will remain with Tesco's best and/or try a different supplier. Or maybe Italian or French ham.
