I needed something smaller with good AMP resolution. This thing is absolutely great, i have the Fluke paired Multimeter also (Fluke 107 AC/DC Current Handheld Digital Multimeter) and these two items can pretty much tackle all electrical tasks aside from higher voltage stuff (over 600V) and specialty requirements. Highly recommend this product. I wish it had a decent case that wasn't too bulky. Have not found a a good case match for it yet and i've looked quite a bit. I found cases that work pretty well for holding BOTH meters though. Just recently used it to trouble should 2 axle/4 electric brake setup on a large cargo trailer. It's small size is just what you need to get to the brake wires and measure current.
