All the pieces plus some extra dowels and screws were there and everything was labeled properly. I laid out the bags of hardware in their alphabetical order so it was easier to find the right pieces when needed (throwing that in as a tip). Quality is good for the price, just be careful during assembly and installation as the paint scratches easily. It's a good sized medicine cabinet and aesthetically pleasing compared to what you can get at the hardware stores for the same price. I like that the middle shelf is adjustable. That's what I wanted. Referring back to the instructions and their clarity, I admit I attached the hinges backwards at first and had to redo them, which resulted in the exterior having some small scratches. I reached out to the manufacturer to ask for some more colored stickers to cover the scratches, but my email bounced back as undeliverable. Waiting to hear from desertcart if there's another way to contact them. Assebly took longer than I anticipated because I did every screw with a screwdriver, as per the instructions. Based on reviews where people complained wood was splitting, I'm betting it's from over tightening the screws, so skip the power tools on this. It is a lot darker in person than the picture, but still very pretty. Instructions are very clear and are all diagrams. I laid out the bags of hardware in their alphabetical order so it was easier to find the right pieces when needed (throwing that in as a tip). Quality is good for the price, just be careful during assembly and installation as the paint scratches easily.
