It was otherwise great, very handsome and certainly very appealing to the hummingbirds. We didn't ask to return it and I'm sure they would have replaced it but we chose not to. I love that it holds almost twice what my old feeder did and is extremely easy to clean and fill. Mostly I love it because the birds are thrilled with it! I got it just in time for their fall migration, and I have to refill it almost daily. The ants and bees can't use it so they leave it alone, too. I've even had one little hummer wait while I filled it, and then started feeding before I could even hang it up! For those who complain it's hard to clean you won't have to get in there with a brush if you change the nectar out every 3 to 4 days and rinse with hot soapy water. I only put in as much nectar in all my feeders according to what I think they'll drink in 3 days.
