She is comfortable wearing them and the fit is good. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Helpful Product *by on Reviewed in India 21 September 2026* Bought these for my grandfather. The pants design makes daily use much easier. ### ⭐ Very Poor Quality on Third Purchase – Waste of Money *by on Reviewed in India 20 October 2026* I purchased Medisuperdry Adult Diapers XXL three times. The first time, the quality was good, and the second time was also satisfactory. However, my third purchase was extremely disappointing. The quality has deteriorated badly. The elastic is missing or not properly fitted, making the diapers difficult to use and unreliable. We purchased 50 pieces, and unfortunately, all 50 are of very poor quality and practically unusable. This is a complete waste of money. As a repeat customer, I expected consistent quality, but this experience has completely broken my trust in the product. Very disappointed and would not recommend purchasing it unless the manufacturer improves its quality control. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/665062837-adult-diaper-xxl-size-pants-men-and-women-50-units](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/665062837-adult-diaper-xxl-size-pants-men-and-women-50-units) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-11-05*
