Review: So LOUD I ended up throwing it in the trash - It looks nice with lots of attachments. However, very poorly made. It is so LOUD there's no way to relax and enjoy it. It easily over heats and shuts off. I end up tossing it in the trash. I don't recommend this massager. I would recommend choosing a different product.
Review: Good value and exceptional functionality - I originally bought this for my aging Golden Retriever's arthritic hip joints. He likes it and it seems to loosen up his hip joints making it easier for him to go on our four daily walks. My wife found out about this purchase and has now used this massager on her shoulder and reports it has relieved a nagging pain. It looks like at least a two win result and may turn out to be a three win result when I try it on my lower back or when I come up with a sore shoulder like my wife.

I had an older model of this that I loved and almost always used the heat attachment. Unfortunately, I dropped it pretty hard and it died. So, trusting Wahl, I got this one. The first took over 10 minutes to get to a tad above room temp. They sent a replacement which does get relatively warm but not as pleasantly warm as my old one. Maybe they decided to turn down the temp because some people thought the old model was too hot. To me, it was perfect. I'd recommend this (at least based on the second one) but just don't think it will bet too warm. That said, and especially with the other non-heat attachments, it is a good massager.
