I prefer quality to quantity with my food. I mix a heaping teaspoon of the almond butter into my single serving of oatmeal. It gives me protein and the flavor is divine. There's a place in town that does oatmeal this way and that is where I got the idea from. I sprinkle fresh berries on one half of the top and granola on the other half then finish it off with a drizzle of honey.
