No leaks using both teflon tape and pipe thread dope. The rubbed oil bronze finish coupled with the old style plumbing look is nice. It'll drip for a minute or two after shutoff due to water leftover from inside the showerheads but that's to be expected so get used to it. My only complaint is the lack of pressure from the pulsating setting due not to low water pressure on our part but rather a bad engineering design. The water spray holes should be more restrictive to get a harder spray. We're on the lookout for a replacement rubbed oil bronze showerhead now.
