Beautiful, easy to use and convenient. Unfortunately, I've only used and washed it once (with no soaking of course), and the bamboo cover came straight off of the metal interior. I would have liked to reach out to customer service for this product, but I have looked and can't find it and can only just return the item instead. Very unfortunate lack of durability.UPDATE:Kozy has outstanding customer service, and reached out following my initial review!
