Someone install a lock in the past did a less thanperfect job and left some scratch marks from their drilling process on the face of the door. After measuring the damaged area I decided these rings were the perfect solution to hide the damage. The price was right, they matched the new lock that I was putting in and covered the marks. They were easy to install with the new deadbolt and added a nice touch to boot.
