A: I think it may be something other than water.  It makes the gold flakes float slowly.  The bottle is not meant to be opened.

The gold flakes look good but the bottle is so tiny it will not look very good on display. The miner on the top is so tiny you can barley see any detail and it looks more like a gold blob on top of the lid.
