The prompts make it easy but also they’re perfect for breaking down your thoughts and getting to the root of your thinking. I wish this was refillable. The prompts and content is useful for managing anxious thoughts. I’ve found it to be helpful with my anxiety. I wish that the quality was a little better. For example, if the pages were a little thicker so pens don’t bleed through. Also, I wish it would lay flat, it’s kind of difficult to write in when open .
