You want this good bacteria, and a lot of it, to take the place of the yeast you are removing from your digestive system. I've tried a candida cleanse a couple times now and I think I've finally got a good system down. Unfortunately (depending on how bad your overgrowth is) is won't be very successful with out a sugar free, low/no carb diet.
