I can’t evrn express how bad it is when it happens, thanks to “hot flashes” the frequencies went down dramatically to almost none. My night sweats and dryness also gone almost completely. Normally it takes a while for herbal supplements to start working but here I could feel the difference after ten days only. I will definitely order my second bottle. Even in below freezing temperatures, I was burning up like the Human Torch and waking up at night drenched in sweat. Went back to Estroven and my symptoms immediately deceased.I did some reading and the dosage of Black Cohosh is too high (40 mg is sufficient!) and can cause all sorts of negative side effects. My stomach became super bloated. I looked like I had a massive food baby, and my jeans no longer fit comfortably. I couldn't figure out why, since I eat low carb and no sugar. I literally gained five pounds within seven days of use. A week after discontinuing these pills, things are getting back to normal.
