**Q: can this be used outside on concrete slabs?**
A: Yes but the cord will quickly deteriorate due to constant impact with concrete/asphalt. 
Although mine snapped at the handles very quickly before this was an issue anyway.

A: I’d say 5mm

**Q: is it adjustable**
A: If it’s too long you can adjust by tying knot(s) in it

**Q: Is this suitable for an adult?**
A: Yes but it’s very light you might be better with a weighted one.
