Review: There is very good value for your money with this system! I wanted IEM for our band which gigs small venues and decided to go with the two channel system due to the mixer we were using. Initial impressions of the system are that the sound clarity is amazing! This system has exceeded my expectations and I have finally figured out how to dial in the perfect mix thanks to the excellent customer support by Phenyx Pro! My only cons is that it has a slight static depending on the channel you pick but it’s very doable to work through once the band starts playing it drowns out. My second and final con is the headphones it comes with suck. I would definitely recommend getting a good set of ears it makes the sound clarity night and day. I went with KZ 10’s on desertcart. However in a pinch the headphones that come with the system would get you through! At least this system comes with some to get you started! All I can say is that this is exceptional value for the price you pay and the more I use them the more I really enjoy the purchase. For a guy in a band that needs affordable equipment this is the real deal! I think if you want an affordable wireless IEM system you have found it with Phenyx!

**Q: What is the latency?**
A: Hi, thanks for reaching out. There is no delay for the PTM-22. It does not use 2.4GHz or 5.8GHz frequency. Instead, it uses UHF circuitry. Thank you.

**Q: How many receivers can be used?  I am in a 5 piece band.**
A: Hi, thanks for reaching out. The PTM-22 is a selectable frequency system so you can connect as many bodypack receivers as you want to the base transmitter unit. Only need to make sure you sync the bodypacks to the same frequency as the transmitter's. Thanks.

**Q: How can all four be used? Do I connect both left inputs to two different channels and do the same to the right?**
A: HI, thanks for reaching out! There are two channels on the PTM-22. Each channel has left/right inputs. However, the system is a mono IEM system because the audio from left and right channel will mix together and transmit to the bodypack receiver. You would not be able to separate the left/right audio and hear a stereo sound. There are two separate outputs for each channel as well. You can pass the audio through the system and input it to the next stage of equipment. There you can output left channel and right channel separately. Thank you.

**Q: Is this different from the other brain that looks identical? Does the "B" at the end of the past number mean something different?**
A: Hi, thanks for asking! The PTM-22A and PTM-22B use the same transmitter. But they have different configurations. The PTM-22A set has only one bodypack receiver, and the PTM-22B has more than 3 three bodypack receiver options. So you can add bodypack to the PTM-22 system as you need.
