They work perfectly with Spectra S1 Plus pump, the wider bottle base makes them more stable that spectra bottles and they fit more milk. The bottles are easy to clean and the ounce markers do not wash off. The bottles do not leak when transported, and also work great for freezing/thawing milk. I like the silicone inserts for storage, I think they make a better seal than hard plastic inserts (I typically pre-assemble the insert with the lid before tightening it onto the bottle). I wouldn’t recommend mixing and matching the lids with spectra bottles: spectra lids have weird threads that are prone to mis-threading. You can just fit any nipple your LO prefers into the max-strength lid for feeding.
