**Q: Im 5'7 227 pounds what size should i order**
A: I am 5'3 and 238 lbs and I purchased the xl.  I think I should have ordered the large instead because it's looser than I thought it would be.  I hope this helped in some small way.

**Q: I'm 5'2, 188 lbs. Would a large or medium fit me better? I'm more on the "hippy" thick thighs side and not top heavy.**
A: I’m 6ft 160 and I wear medium sized clothes I order a small as per size chart and the small was good for a couple weeks and then I felt like I needed a bit more compression so I ordered an xsmall. Start with 1 size smaller than your shirt size and if you need to go smaller or larger you can return it or reorder

**Q: Does this product really produce more sweat?Also does it hold your stomach or support your back?**
A: I am 5'1 140 lbs. I ordered a small and it doesn't feel right at all.  It doesn't feel like it's supportive at all.  I don't sweat any more than I do without it. :(

A: As far as breast lift in the front it works because you stand up straighter if you buy a snug size. I wear it with a minimizer/compression bra and that helps with drooping breast for post surgery,aging women,or breastfeeding moms. Hope that helps
