With it's high number of positive reviews, I decided to try this one from Karm. My concern though, was that my leg is too big as my measurements were larger than the specs shown. I found it easy to put on and adjust with the elasticated velcroed straps. It doesn't slide down either and stays nicely in place. My knee feels well supported and more stable. My left knee has been very painful for a while and walking is becoming more and more difficult. I twisted my knee a couple of days ago which made the whole situation much worse. The brace makes my knee joint feel supported and 'held together' so I am more confident when walking and going up and down stairs. Still painful but I think the pain has lessened since I started wearing the brace. It is comfortable, firm, well-made and stays in place, it doesn't slip down or sideways when walking. The straps are adjustable as well.
