The dual layer kydex is visually appealing and gives the holster a heavy duty feel. Unlike other manufacturers, Neptune closes up the nose or muzzle portion of the holster and I like that. The cut on the sweat guards or rash guards between your body and weapon are also excellent. Correspondence with this company is top notch. Never waited more than 1 day for a response. Veteran owned. I was surprised at how customizable this was on Amazon. Service was fast, personal and polite. Neptune Concealment stayed in contact with me through the whole process (about 1 week). I'm pleased with the quality of this holster. It's double layered Kydex (I ordered a carbon fiber exterior with a red interior). The TAC clip enables me to stay concealed while wearing a dress shirt, and since it's wide, it supports the weight of the gun easily. Once the holster is on, it disappears. It doesn't look like I'm wearing a weapon, and it doesn't feel like it either. The added claw really pushes the butt of the gun right up to my body. I have the Taran Tactical +2 extension and it's undetectable even under a fitted T-shirt.
