## Customer Reviews

### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars

    Lacking on several fronts

I received this product and was surprised how little explanation for installation there was with the paperwork that came with the shipping. It only offers to go to their website for further instructions. Then their star drive wood screws stripped easily. But most surprisingly was their defensive customer service (“I’ve never heard a customer having this happen” Really? I doubt that) with only an offer to return it (not to replace the screws). I understand this is a small company but I you can find a better product elsewhere.

It's a cool way to hang your bike and also to display it... I'm satisfied with my purchase.
