The product itself looks nice when it's put together. But, that's where the problem is. It's so fiddly to put together and it took me and my wife about an hour to do, and we're not incompetent. The screws and the little plastic pieces don't fit together right (you'll know what i mean when you get it) and i actually had to cut some of the plastic bits smaller so that the screws could thread through. Not something i should have to do on a new item, but i guess you get what you pay for. Like i said, it looks nice when it's done but if you're short of patience or generally irritable, stay away from it. Nice lamp but disappointed with the effort.
