So disappointed *by M***L on May 11, 2026* I would have given it a 5 star review until this weekend. However, if it can’t last 4 months of intermittent use, I’d say look for another option. So sad. ### ⭐⭐ Worked but broke *by D***D on September 8, 2026* This genuinely did work when it was functioning. The problem is that I used it very infrequently, and while it worked well when I did use it, it eventually snapped. I repaired it, and all was good for a while, but then it snapped again and broke beyond repair. I live in Bali, so I bought this when I came back to the States. I want to say I spent almost $400 on it, which makes the fact that it broke so easily particularly disappointing. I’m currently waiting to hear back from the company to see if they will replace or exchange it. I’m hoping they will because I don’t mind using the product. It genuinely worked for what I needed it for. I’m just quite disappointed with how easily it broke, especially considering how infrequently I used it. If they replace the product, I’ll amend and update this review to reflect that. I’d like to be able to report that they stand behind their products, but at this point, I’m still waiting to hear back from them. My suggestion, if you do buy this, would be to go to Home Depot or somewhere similar and reinforce the back plate with metal.
