There are many cheap imitations but none sadly live up to the performance of true Hakko soldering bits. These are especially useful for small SMD resistors and Leds. SMD Chips are good with these tips as you can fix each end point down and if you have overdone the amount of solder you can rotate your iron 180 degrees and drag across the terminals and it will even out the solder.
