Each of the 5 sections are 57" long and require a 12' overlap (4 overlaps = 48"lost). This gives a TOTAL length of 19' 8". Also, per instructions you need to leave 12" on each side w/o the cover to allow for a little slop in the rolling. So in reality the MOST this reel is good for is a pool 17' 8" wide. Other than that, look OK mad, goes together pretty easy. Now I have to take it apart and return it. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Two Stars *by D***G on Reviewed in the United States on August 31, 2018* Not very sturdy ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Clips don't work *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on August 13, 2018* The clips do not hold on to the cover. It's been a struggle every time we roll it up or out. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/66778796-swimming-pool-cover-reel-up-to-20-wide-aluminum-inground](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/66778796-swimming-pool-cover-reel-up-to-20-wide-aluminum-inground) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-31*
