A: The same as the ingredients in the description on Amazon. I did not keep the box but I do not remember there being more on it.

A: No, it has no scent, and it does not leave a tacky feeling either.  There is just a faint smell to it, I barely notice it. Works great, I tried to order another but it is out of stock!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great vitamin C serum with a well-designed formula

I’ve really been enjoying this serum, and I want to clear up a few misunderstandings I keep seeing in other reviews. First, the “meaty” or slightly smoky scent is completely normal. That smell comes from ferulic acid, which is one of the most important ingredients in a high-quality vitamin C serum. A lot of manufacturers avoid using ferulic acid because they know people might misinterpret the scent and assume something has gone bad. The reality is that ferulic acid is part of what makes a vitamin C serum truly effective. It stabilizes L-ascorbic acid, increases penetration, and works synergistically with vitamin E. The well-known gold standard from Skinceuticals contains it, and so does the equally effective version from Paula Begoun at Paula’s Choice. The fact that this serum includes ferulic acid at this price point makes it exceptional. Second, the colour change is not proof that the serum is oxidized or useless. All vitamin C serums darken over time when exposed to air. Even if a serum turns yellow or brown it can still be more than 90 percent unoxidized and fully active. This is supported by cosmetic chemistry research. Colour on its own is not a reliable indicator of potency. It is also worth noting that the only other way to get a serum this well formulated at this kind of value would be to make it yourself. DIY vitamin C is already a hassle, and working with ferulic acid is even more difficult due to solubility issues and the need for careful pH control. This product saves you that work and gives you the correct ratios in a stable formula. As for performance: My skin looks smoother, brighter, and more even after a few weeks of consistent use. It absorbs quickly, does not irritate my skin, and layers well under sunscreen and moisturizer. If you want a vitamin C serum that uses the ingredients proven to work together at the right pH and without the premium price tag, this one is an excellent choice. The combination of vitamin C, vitamin E, and ferulic acid makes it genuinely special.
