The set-up instructions were easy to follow. No problem with the hot tub itself but disappointed that only 1 /4 of my LED lights litup when we plugged them in. I put 1 1/2” styrofoam under it to protect the bottom and insulate it from the concrete. The styrofoam also acts like a cushion so it’s no a hard bottom. But trying to deal with customer support is unbelievable. They keep saying I am not responding to there emails when I reply every time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by A***R on 9 April 2025* I would give a 4 for the product but the customer service is a +5 star. The jacuzzi takes 2 days to reach temperature, but once there, it maintains itself with no issue as long as it's covered. Its max temp is 104, so it's not super hot but perfect for lounging. The bottom is padded, so it is not uncomfortable to sit on the hard floor (ours is on tile). After 6 months, the heater component started to leak. Customer service was quick to send a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement arrived damaged. I sent a brief email back, and they sent another unit without a question. I was really releaved because Iv had similar situations where I was refused a replacement in the same situation. This is why it's a 5 star.
