Underneath the almost unbearable heat are some nice flavours, but they'd be lost in any recipe as you use such tiny amounts of sauce. The quality seems good, and it's lasted very well. I ate a whole teaspoon for fun and passed out for 45 mins and haven't touched it since. Good value for money if you're a wimp like me. I have a fridge full of stupidly hot hot sauces and this is the one I will always re order when I run out . If you don't like stupidly hot it may not be for you but for me this is perfection of heat with garlic. And doesn't spoil any dish you add it to with a dominant flavour.
