These jars are rammed to the lid with jalapeno slices and not padded out with other bits of miscellaneous pickles detritus. Taste wise there's no difference from the ones I normally get, so I'm delighted with them. The use by date is good for several years. Obviously some people have had issues with breakage, but fortunately mine were all intact.
