Sentry III Thermostat: This cellar cooling system uses the Sentry III system to ensure that up to 1,000 cu. ft. is kept at a specified temperature between 488 to 638F and 50 to 75% relative humidity System Precautions: With power outage protection and blocked airflow protection, you can be sure that your collection will be kept stable despite unforeseen mishaps LED Display: An easy-to-read LED display allows you to set and monitor the temperature you wish the system to cool your cellar to PLEASE NOTE: This cooling system must be installed by a qualified refrigeration technician.
