My daughter had 2 accidents in it and only a tiny bit of pee leaked by the corners. What I really loved about it is that it makes life so much easier. When you’re juggling a kid with a soaked outfit and probably some groceries and whatever else is in your car all you have to do is put this thing in wash. Air dry it though. I could imagine the heat could crack the waterproofing and eventually fail. It’s also extremely soft. I read about that but my daughter thought that was great. ### ⭐ Leaks at the buckle seam *by J***H on Reviewed in the United States on October 29, 2018* I really like the high back and overall coverage of this pad but it ended up being useless because it leaks at the seam around the buckle area.I have a 4 month old who has had more poop blowouts than I knew was possible and a toddler we are about to start potty training so needed to find a good versatile piddle pad option. I bought 4 different brands and tested the shape by putting them into the carseats and tested the effectiveness by pouring about 1/2 cup of water onto the seat of each.
