Recently I did have an issue with one of them, so i reached out to their customer support team, not really expecting much, I was greeted with swift and polite responses, in a few email exchanges, the customer service rep had a completely new unit shipped out to me. Iv used other products to power different projects, but I will solely use PiSugar products from here on out, they are reasonably priced, fairly straightforward to operate and mount, they have an excellent GitHub repo and on top of all that, the customer service is excellent!
